Return Policy
- Return Period: We offer a 10-day return policy. Returns are not accepted if 10 days have passed since your purchase.
- Product Condition: The product must be in its original packaging, including any manuals, tags, and sampling pieces, and must not have been used in order to be returned.
- Usage: Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted if the product is discovered to have been used.
- Delivery Charges: Delivery charges are not refundable for your exchange/return order.
- Customer Responsibility: Customers must pay the delivery charges for exchange orders.
- Order Value: Orders above Rs.10,000 are non-refundable and can only be exchanged.
- Special Offers: Products that are part of a special offer cannot be refunded or returned.
Refund Process
- Refund Approval: After your return is received and examined, we will notify you if your refund is approved or denied.
- Credit Card Payments: If approved, your refund will be processed within three business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.
- Cash Payments: If you paid by cash, we will provide the refund amount as a “Coupon” for future purchases.
Exchanges
- Eligibility: We will replace items if you receive products that are incorrect, defective, or damaged.
- Notification: To qualify for an exchange, contact our customer service via email, phone, or WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the incorrect or defective items, and include photos of the received item.
- Usage: Refunds or exchanges are not possible if the product is found to be used.
Proof of Purchase
- Requirement: To finalize your return, a receipt or some form of purchase confirmation is required.
